There is no need to reply, but I received three displays today from your company.  They were ordered several days ago and arrive in a timely fashion.  

You have obviously dealt with UPS shipping as evidenced by the additional padding, heavy outer carton, and additional boxes packed within the outer carton.  UPS can be very hard on packages and shipping fragile items is frequently a gamble.  Your packaging was very nicely done, and even though the outer carton had signs of rough handling and partial penetration of the outer layer the shipment was intact.  Thank you for your quick service and conscientious packing and shipment.  

Your prices are extremely competitive, the selection is very broad, and service is outstanding.  I plan to shop with you again for any display needs I may have.

I received the screen for my netbook two days ago (less than 5 days from ordering), and although I wouldn't want to replace one every day, it all went well.  It took me two hours from start to finish to replace it and it worked perfectly.  Thank you so much for your great service.  My neighbor broke this 3 month old computer, and Best Buy wanted $400 to repair it.  My neighbor gave it to me for parts, and now I have a very nice netbook for about $110.00.  Thanks again.

When my screen broke i was really fustrated and was difinately not willing to pay for repair by the notebook brand for almost 1/3 the price of the laptop itself. I must say at first i was quite skeptical about ordering the screen from overseas but i gave it ago and it was the most rewarding thing yet , and i am glad i did so. Although the screen sent did not match and so took a little while to recieve the correct scrren, however communication was fast throughout and it made the process and me the buyer feel much easier and better about the transaction. Got the screen about 2 days ago and fits well as if it was the original screen. Just want to say a big thank you and i difinately will recommend you to other users. your customer Service at laptopscreens.com is exceptional. when the screen of my $700 Dell Insiron laptop cracked a month ago. I contacted Dell directly who immediately charged my Credit card almost $150 dollars and despite assuring me I would receive the replacement screen in 8-10 business days could not tell me when the new screen location was after 4 weeks. I called Dell requested a refund then went online and saw Laptopscreens.com;  contacted them on Wednesday to see if the screen was available through them. 2 hours later they contacted me to confirm they did have it in stock in fact there where 2 different screens options available. I ordered it on the next day Thursday and it came to my door 24 hrs later before I had time to track it. I installed the screen using instructions from the tech support link and I installed the  screen myself in about 20 mins. Best of all the screen plus express shipping was only  $119 . I am back using my laptop and it works perfectly.
When I had previously cracked the screen I took it to BestBuy and was quoted in the range of $500 to replace the screen. if you need to replace your laptop screens I would highly recommend laptopscreens.com

He will be much more careful on where he puts his laptop now...because he doesn't like owning an expensive paper weight....(which is what a recliner on top of your laptop will do!)

My experience with Laptop Screen was very good. Their team is responsive, pricing is the best I've seen retail & online, and they are a Canadian based company, though I see that they ship product worldwide. The shipment was received within 24 hours of placement - very fast.
