Screens damaged in shipping must be reported within 30 days

Inspect your parcel immediately, and report any apparent damage right away!

In rare cases of courier damage, a replacement LCD can be shipped the same day that the damage is reported at no additional cost to the customer.

Effective 10 February 2022: Any physical damages not reported to us within 30 days of receiving the package will be considered as damaged by the customer or installer and are not covered by our warranty or insurance.
Previously: 10-days.

The LCD screen cannot break by itself therefore physical damage is always considered the end user's fault. All the laptop manufacturers including Apple, Acer, Dell, HP, Toshiba, Sony do not recognize cracked screens as a warranty issue and do not provide a free LCD screen replacement. We know that because customers come to us looking for the more affordable alternative than their laptop manufacturer.

Accidental Damage Protection Plan
Certain items are eligible for an accidental damage protection plan, which will be offered at the check-out. ADPP can span 1 or 2 years and will entitle the plan holder to one free replacement LCD if their original purchase has been damaged physically.
