Customs duties and local taxes

In certain countries, local authorities or the federal government require the receiver to pay customs duties or local taxes upon delivery of goods received from abroad. Please be advised that LaptopScreen.com does not charge any extra fees except for screen price and delivery cost. Any customs duties or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the receiver and have nothing to do with our company. We receive only the amount which customer paid at checkout. Please find out, prior to ordering, if any duties must be paid for international parcels upon arrival.

If the parcel was refused because the customer did not want to pay local taxes or customs duties, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping expenses that are involved in sending the refused parcel back to our warehouse.
