Shipping within Canada

Tracking number is provided for every shipping method.

Order confirmation e-mail will be sent out as soon as the order is submitted.

All orders are processed manually, our system will generate an e-mail notification with a tracking number that will be sent once the order gets shipped (not after the payment is submitted). If, for some unknown reason, one fails to receive the confirmation email or the tracking number e-mail please check the Spam/Junk mail folder and settings, alternatively, the order status can be viewed through our website by logging in to your account and navigating to Orders section. If no information is provided submit new support ticket.

Please be aware, shipping insurance of CAD 2.30 is applied to every screen shipped since LCD screens are very fragile.

We work hard to ensure all orders leave the same day provided they meet the 4.30PM EST deadline, however, once the parcel is shipped from our facility, we have no direct control over it. Kindly consider the risk of delay when buying for delivery.

In case of abnormal delays, please, check the tracking info by going to FedEx or UPS web page - they may hold the parcel if the delivery attempt was not successful (i.e. nobody was at home at the time of the delivery).

Orders paid by eCheck will be shipped within 7 business days.

P.O., FPO, APO, Rural, and Remote Areas may be serviced by CanadaPost due to Courier limitations.
