Customers located outside of continental USA, Canada and UK are responsible for any duties and custom's fees charged by their respective countries.
Order confirmation e-mail will be sent out as soon as the order is submitted.
All orders are processed manually, our system will generate an e-mail notification with a tracking number that will be sent once the order gets shipped
(not after the payment is submitted). If, for some unknown reason, one fails to receive the confirmation email or the tracking number e-mail please check the Spam/Junk mail folder and settings, alternatively, the order status can be viewed through our website by logging in
to your account and navigating to Orders
section. If no information is provided submit new support ticket
Please be aware, shipping insurance of $1.99 is applied to every screen shipped since LCD screens are very fragile.
We work hard to ensure all orders leave the same day provided they meet the 4.30PM EST deadline for our North American facilities and 10PM EST for our UK facility, however, once the parcel is shipped from our facility, we have no direct control over it. Kindly consider the risk of delay when buying for delivery. Please be advised that deliveries for certain countries (China, Russia, Ukraine, Philippines and some others) may take a bit longer.
In case of abnormal delays, please, check the tracking info by going to FedEx
web page - they may hold the parcel if the delivery attempt was not successful (i.e. nobody was at home at the time of the delivery).
