I ordered the incorrect screen for my laptop.  I entered the problem via support ticket number 75541.  The service I recieved was EXCELLENT.  Very prompt, professional, and helpful.  Within a couple of days, I had my correct screen and back working.  I will spread the word with my friends and associated.  Thanks again.
