This is my second screen from laptopscreen.com and I couldn't be happier. Several years ago when my laptop screen was broken. I was complaining to a friend abut how much it cost to have it replaced. He said "why don't you replace it yourself?." I was dumbfounded, because it never occurred to me that I could do such a thing. It was a laptop computer and I've never done anything with electronics! He told me about laptopscreen.com and to look on YouTube for videos. Replacing my screen would have taken me 10 minutes if I hadn't dropped one of the screws. Now, years later, it again only took me about 10 to 15 minutes to replace my laptop screen. And as usual, the screen I got from laptopscreen.com, is beautiful. Recently, my laptop screen had been suddenly starting to fail, at a time when I really needed its services. After confirming that it was a hardware issue, I started researching replacements. After looking at Amazon a bit, I saw a recommendation for your site on reddit. From then on, the experience was completely painless.

The delivery showed up 2 days early?!?!, the panel was flawless. Installation was a breeze (although it would be nice if the video on the product page was for this specific model not a generic one, but I was able to find a youtube video easily enough).

The pricing on the panel itself was also quite reasonable, although at least to me, I feel that a pair of the adhesive strips should be included with every order, or maybe as an add-on for a few $. 4 strips for $10 seems a bit steep.

Oh, and my laptop screen no longer has a huge black bar across the bottom of it!

Overall, a really positive experience. I will certainly be recommending your site in the future, although as an individual, forgive me if I say that I hope to not need your services in the near future.

This was the first time I replaced a broken screen on a laptop myself.  Laptopscreen.com made it easy to find the exact replacement part, pointed out potential things for which to look out (30 pin vs 40 pin connectors), and suggested additional materials (2-sided adhesive) to make the job easier.  

The purchasing process online was easy, the communication was quick and informative, and the product arrived the next day (even though I ordered after 4pm), a full day before it was promised!

Replacing it went perfectly. Was confused about what I thought was a pixel factory watermark, but it  was a protective coating, as your instructions clearly indicated.

FedEx came early, at a time I was not able to receive, but on the originally planned delivery date (today) the package came again, and almost exactly 7 days after ordering (From Toronto to Europe/NL) my laptop has the full 4K-resolution of working pixels again (as opposed to only 30% of that).
