Hello I am an amateur tech that works for ******. I typically deal with virus removals and HDD replacements. I see 2-3 customers a day come in to ****** hoping to get there laptop screen fixed. I offer our ****** repair which is a flat-rate $280. I only offer this option because I am supposed to. About 1 in 4 people typically bite the bullet no questions asked. Two will usually just opt for data transfer to a different machine. However sometimes I get a customer that is on a tight budget, can't afford a different machine or simply have a computer that is not even worth half the cost of shipping it to ****** but would really like to get it fixed. At that point I recommend LaptopScreen.com without worry that they will get the screen they needed without paying a fortune. Then if they are not comfortable with installing it I recommend that they bring it back in and I can ring it as a component installation which is only $40. Out of my home I do laptop and desktop repair as well, usually just for friend and family, and sometimes co-workers of my family. I never charge these people for labor. I love working with tech and the expression on people faces when they get their "personal computer" fixed for so cheap is priceless. I just finished replacing an LCD for my cousins Sony VAIO and it only cost us $60. Sony wanted $199 or they wouldn't even look at it.. Needless to say she has been very happy with it and for some reason is convinced it is even better than the LCD she originally had. I assured her it was same spec but she doesn't understand technical details. In a couple weeks I have a friend that is going to be bringing his machine to me for an LCD fix. It is an Apple MacBook Pro 15" and I was able to quote him about $100 for the repair. He was so incredibly relieved because he couldn't find someone that would touch it for less than $300 and he is a student and doesn't have money to blow.

I must say that whenever I order something from a company that I've never dealt with before, I always feel iffy due to fraud, quality, customer service, etc. However, you guys are simply awesome. Good communication, product works fine so far after installation, and best of all, super fast delivery. I ordered my son his replacement screen on Monday, and having chosen the cheapest shipping method via USPS, my expected delivery date was next Monday. Only 7 days, no problem. New display fits perfectly my Toshiba Z935 ST3NX01. Toshiba Z935 ST3NX01 was pre-build with MATTE display, which was irritating my eyes, so my new GLOSSY display appears to be a resolution to a problem, it is. Glossy display is much more true-color.

I ordered a replacement screen for a Toshiba laptop from you: it was the cheapest screen I could find. Delivery was promised for the following Friday and it arrived on Thursday. The screen was the exact replacement for the dead one, and the installation procedure was (almost) as shown in the demonstration video. Received the screen quickly. After installation only a light blue screen appeared. Called customer service. Rep answered quickly and contacted technician for me since my laptop was down and I only had a land line phone to communicate. Tech said it was a faulty cable not the screen. He was correct. I found that I was not firm enough in connecting the ribbon to the screen due to my inexperience. The new screen works perfectly. Great screen for a great price. Great customer service.
