I received my screen and I'm extremely happy with my experience. I ordered my screen on Sunday, it shipped out Monday and I got it Tuesday.

The box it came in was clearly labelled with 'fragile' stickers and the screen itself was in bubble-wrap.

It took me less than an hour to replace my screen (I followed the video tutorial)

Like others, I was skeptical of laptopscreens.com but I'm really glad I gave them a chance. Best Buy quoted me $400 to replace my screen and small shops were charging $150-200 with a couple days days turn-around time. I ended up spending just under $80 total. Sweet.

Thanks for the quick ship and send - screen's better than the original, and install was only a minor pain, due to the laptop's cable getting messed up a bit and too much tape.

Dropped my laptop Sunday night.....ordered the screen Monday......Received the screen at noon on Thursday and had my laptop running by 12:30.  Followed the tutorial videos and it was super easy.  Thanks for the screen and support.  Why would anybody take it to a computer repair?

I recently ordered a screen for my acer laptop and it was very easy to install. it fit and with a twist of a few screws , the old screen was off and new one was in place. i had assistance from my daughters friend and he did it so fast. i am very pleased with my order from laptopscreen.com.

Great service so far. Obviously, course I just received a replacement screen for my Lenovo E420.

Reason I went with this company, despite being half a world away was the cost and the stock they have. They are very competitive (total cost including shipping) to other online sellers I googled/binged.  They are also a fair bit cheaper than even ebay sellers. Furthermore I needed a matte screen and most sellers cannot guarantee that.

Shipment is very fast. the shipping cost of nearly 80% of the price of the screen must have ensured that! Ordered early on Saturday OZ time and arrived Tuesday. 3 days. Very impressed.

The screen apparently wasn't made specifically for the Lenovo E420 but it looks the same and fitted exactly the same. So far I haven't noticed any dead or bright pixels yet and hope I never do. I did email them regarding why there were no FRU numbers for the two E420 screens available on their site. They replied about how their screens don't go through Lenovo's hands, so no Lenovo FRUs. I took a pun and it worked.

Advertised warranty is very good (3 years) compared to other sellers from 30 days to 2 years. Hopefully I never have to RMA, considering the cost of shipping half a world away.

The video on their site did helped a lot when it came to replacing the screen. Reckon it took me less than 1/2 hour.

So all in all I would recommend this company despite reading about the negatives on the web. Who knows, might even visit their brick & mortar shop I'm next in Vancouver. LOL.

I'm a student, who uses her computer every single day for schoolwork outside of class and for taking notes during class. That being so, I NEED my laptop for school.

When my laptop screen cracked, I panicked and quickly ran to the student Tech repair store to get an estimate. They estimated a cost about $200 and would need to hold my computer for at least 72 hours. I thought perhaps Sony might be able help me, considering my laptop is only two months old. Except Sony's estimate? Try a whopping $500 MINIMUM. On top of it, I'd be without my laptop for at least a week.

Hello. It was with some trepidation that I ordered a new screen for my D620, which was very faded. I took the plunge and was quite happy to receive my replacement screen in 2 business days. I have now installed it, and it looks as good as new. Have already, and will continue to recommend this to rejuvenate older laptops.

You guys saved me my computer and a lot of time and effort.  For the Lenovo X220, users should be wary that there is a lot of electrical tape to deal with that makes the connection harder to set, but I'm amazed at the improved visual quality over the screen I broke and glad to see that the daunting operation was a success.

I broke my toshiba laptop screen...at buy best would not give me nothing on my new laptop as they said that to repair it is to expensive.
I looked on internet and I found laptopscreen.com . Even thou at the begging I was a little bit suspicious, because I found it impossible to pay only 55$ for my screen after what best buy said...I watched all instructions on how to change and all that. I was very very very very surprised when I got my new screen and started to change it to see that the old broken one is the same (producer, number, all) as the new 55$ one. All works perfect. Its the same screen!!! Very easy to install. The delivery was perfect. All. I recomand this!

Received my screens today and I must say I was nervous. I am technically inclined but even so this was extremely simple. First, I watched the video on removing screen. Easy to do. Then, input the part number in the search part on this website and found the part. Ordered it. Arrived two days later. Installed according to video instructions. Done. Beautiful screen, GREAT price, excellent instructions on this website.

The packaging material the screen came in could and should be better but overall I would order again!

Received screen, did video install per your request for Google. will post probably Monday sometime.  Moving quiet fast it takes 12:23 secdonds to do the complete process on camera so I will have to cut it somewhere.  Nice screen, very fast ship, very pleased, not afraid to recommend you to anyone in the future...

I ordered a screen to replace the broken one on my daughter's old Acer laptop.  This poor machine had been bought new and barely used before the screen was broken, and it seemed a shame to throw it away; and since she'd since bought a new one I was finally able to convince her to give it to me to see if I could repair it.  After reading the guides and instructions posted on your site, I was convinced that I could.
My order left your warehouse very quickly; my only argument is with FedEx, who managed to sit on the delivery in spite of my paying extra for 2-day service.  Five days later...  Next time I'll use UPS--at least they knock on the door or ring the doorbell before leaving a failed delivery notice, lol.

I am very pleased with the new display I received.  It fit perfectly into my Toshiba laptop.  I watched the video you have posted on how to replace the screen for my model.  I could have figured it all out myself, without instructions, except for the main connector which uses clear tape to secure.  Your video showed how to remove and replace that delicate connector.  All fits perfectly and is the exact screen as the original.

I had done some basic laptop work and needed to replace the screen on the 3 day old laptop with a cracked screen (Merry Christmas...).  I followed your instruction video online just to be sure I got it right... Just got my screen for an Acer Aspire 7745. Took all of 30 minutes top to replace. New screen fit perfectly and works great. THANKS Saved a ton of money doing it myself. I did find a PDF on line specific to this model which some steps are a little different from your videos. If you reply I can send the PDF as an attachment. Now that I think of it I should have shot my own video for you.

I was a little skeptical when I first found this site, and of course searching the web always brings mixed reviews, but I decided for the price, I couldn't resist. I am very glad I decided to order! I bought a new screen for my Gateway FX laptop, and it was pretty easy to swap out the screeens. The only snag was getting the video connector cable attached, as the parts are small, and my hands are big! It took about two minutes to finesse the connector in, and that was the hardest part! I would highly recommend ordering from this site, watch the demo videos a couple of times, and if you have a small phillips head screwdriver you will be good to go!
