I had recently purchased a new laptop. While traveling, I had closed the lid on my laptop not realizing my ear buds were on the keyboard resulting in half the screen broke. I ordered from this website and at first couldn't find the screen I needed. I used the online chat and they were very quick providing me the link to the exact screen I need for my model. I received it the very next day and installed it. It had a few glitches at first when I had first powered it on. I exercised the screen by adjusting all the colors and brightness levels. Once I did that, the screen had calmed down and now works like a charm! I do highly recommend to get the tools to go with the screen if you don't have them already as it is very handy to do everything you need with them. Will be using this company again for future repairs for not only personal but possibly for new customers.

I order the Dell Inspirion N4020 replacement screen. Took 5 days to ship it with Amarex from England to Germany. Could have been faster but well, I guess thats ok. The packing was excellent. My son's Macbook Air display stopped working.  The local repair shop wanted $600 to repair it. I purchased a replacement LCD from Laptopscreen.com, watched a few youtube videos and was able to replace the LCD for less than $50 and a couple of hours of my time.  It is now ready to head back to school with my son.

The only difficult part was the backlight power connection.  Make sure that you lift the tab before trying to remove it and it takes a little playing with to reconnect it.  I found it easiest with the computer upside down.

Ordered 2 screens and a tool kit on Monday. Arrived Friday, well packed, and both laptops were mended within a couple of hours. Screens fine and exactly what we ordered. The tool kit was an after-thought to make life easier, and turns out to be very good, though it lacks an anti-static wrist strap.

We had a technical issue with payment - our money was paid to laptopscreen.com but their software claimed the order had not gone through. The first chat session was very helpful, the second rather less so (person seemed disbelieving and unhelpful), but once it was a normal working day the technical team sorted the problem, we received an informative (and apologetic) email and the items were dispatched straightaway.
