Just wanted to thank you for saving me a ton of money! Ordered a screen for my laptop, it arrived 3 days ahead of schedule! Followed the instructions for a similar model, it was easier than I expected. If you can use a screwdriver and remove tape, you can do it too!

This was a simple process, although it appeared as though we needed a new laptop when the screen accidentally broke. This was especially true when checking the price of sending the whole computer for repair. I did a quick search on our options, and discovered that not only could I order a replacement screen, I already knew how to replace it by watching some of the videos.  I was not experienced in any way, not even the ordering process , but found the almost instant help made it easy. Thank you! The screen was the right size for my gateway. Love that I could change it to matte. The original glossy was terrible. Thank you for the links to videos on how to replace the screen. Replacing the screen was easy but nerve racking. Having never replaced a laptop screen before this was so much easier then shipping it to gateway for $249 + shipping or taking it to best buy.

My G7 HP fell off my bed and cracked.. contacted HP to see if I had a warranty and i did not so they offered me to pay 250$ to have it sent in and fixed I said YEAH RIGHT HAHA. Figured it cant be so hard to repair so i watched the video and it seemed simple enough. I ordered the screen and it got here faster than I thought, I repaired it in 15 minutes very easily! Never did much tech stuff before and this being my first repair i was worried but follow the step by step instructional video and you wont have a problem! First, the screen I ordered was received in literally "picture perfect" condition -- just as shown on the instructional video on the site.  Installing the new screen looked easy on the video, and it WAS.  It took a bit longer than the 12 minutes shown in the video, but not much more.  If you've got any computer technical experience at all, this is an easy chore.  (If you're afraid of computers, it's probably a different story.)  Overall, excellent product, great instructions, and one HECK of a great deal.  Thank you!

Just bought my first laptop screen, easy ordering, arrived in 5 days. Found the video for my model and had it installed in 30 minutes. Seemed too easy so I rewatched the video twice, thinking I missed something. Turned it on, good as new. Local Lenovo dealer quoted $300 for a screen and 2 hours labour.
