My daughter is in the Army and arrived home on a Saturday afternoon on leave.  She started to unpack when we got home from the airport.  when she got to her computer she noticed that the screen was broken during the flight.  I was able to locate the make & model on www.laptopscreens.com and ordered it on Sunday.  Since she was leaving Wendsday morning to fly to Korea, I paid for the express shipping.  I was nervous about making my deadline. Monday morning I recieved an email stating that it would be delivered Tuesday morning by 10:30 am.  It arrived On Tuesday with 15 minutes to spare.  After watching the video it only took about 15 minutes to change out. Later, my laptop screen hasn't been better since it was brand new! Trust me, I am not very computer savy at all! If i can replace a screen, any one can. Very happy! Thanks. Almost unbelieveable:

I ordered a new laptop screen last Wednesday evening (swiss time). Expected delivery time was about a week later.

However, UPS deposited a notice about a delivery attempt on Friday noon - it took less than >>38 HOURS<< to deliver the screen! (Actually, since I was not at home, they had to come a second time, so it took another day, but that is neither your fault nor that of UPS).

Staples wanted 450.00 plus labor to instal a new computer screen. I got a new screen from laptop screens for about 65.00 and it took me about 5 minutes to instal. The screen is perfect. Staples should be ashamed!

Last week I purchased a replacement screen for my Toshiba P745-S4102.  It arrived on Feb. 11, as stated.  I installed it easily tonight in less than 10 minutes, after watching the customer video you provided (I think I was even faster than the guy in the video).  I have no mechanical skills whatsoever, but I do have good video watching skills and a tiny screwdriver which came in very handy.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the great product, and for the thoughtfulness of helping the mechanically impaired like me learn to do it ourselves.
