Even if UPS delivered to the wrong address, order arrived early and I was able to replace my screen in minutes. The whole experience from ordering the correct part to installation was so easy, using the information on your web site to make the repair was much less painful than dealing with Dell Support. My only suggestion to other customers - If you don't have the tools you must order at least the basic tool kit. I couldn't have proceeded without the four tools in the kit.

The screen came today, Dec. 5th. Immediately after breakfast I set about replacing the screen. I had seen somewhere that removing the battery was a good thing, so that came first. Unscrewed the back, carefully keeping the screws in the order they came out. Unscrewed the four screws holding the battery and removed the connector. No problem. Next the screen.

Off with the surround, unscrew the screen, flip up the little clip holding the connector, disconnect, connect new screen, flip down the hold-fast clip, screw in screen, pop the surround back on, replace battery, screw back back on, plug in the power cord, press the power switch and...wait anxiously for the dark screen to do something. After about 15 seconds - voila! - the Dell logo appeared! The PC asked me how I wanted to reboot to finalize the replacement. I chose to let the PC do it, and attachment 1 has now become attachment 2. YAY!

Thank you so much. Superfast shipping to the other side of the world and, even with the shipping cost included, you saved me about $182 US dollars compared to what Dell wanted for a new screen. I'm retired and on a fixed income so that is a significant saving. I REALLY wish I hadn't needed to do this in the first place, but these types of things are the story of my life. Greetings, I wanted to say thanks for another good screen for a repair. One of our users had a screen going bad on his Lenovo E570. I explained to my supervisor that I have used several screens from your company over the last 3 or four years and suggested we order one from you so I could repair the laptop instead of just replacing it. I looked up the screen and even noticed that there was the option to upgrade it to IPS for very little extra and they purchased that option for me. The screen was simple to replace and the new one is beautiful.
I looked for a place to come and give a review, but the screen was not ordered under my account, so I thought I'd just send a note here. I have used several of your screens for doing repairs for people. I just pick out the correct one, tell them to order it and I'll install it for them. I've not had a bad experience yet and will continue to suggest your company for screen replacements.

Amazing display. The colors are vibrant, intense and with a greater range of coverage than the screen that came by default on my computer. In my case, my Sony Vaio svf15325clw computer did not indicate that it was compatible with the FHD screen, but it turned out that it was and I am glad that i took a chance on the screen I bought here. The installation was simple, the shipment was extremely fast from the USA to Chile, it arrived in less than 6 days in excellent condition. Great service, will use it again if I have to change another screen.

After my son broke his laptop screen, we went to the Geek Squad.  They were unable to fix it because they could not get a part from the manufacturer.  A screen from ebay was $900.  Out of desperation, I turned to laptopscreen.com.  $80 and I had a replacement screen that works perfectly!!  Staff so friendly and helpful too.

5 stars!  My son broke his Chromebook screen two weeks before on-line school was going to start.  I looked at new Chromebooks first--and saw the price on his 6 month old Chromebook had basically doubled, if it was available at all.  I'm so glad I found Laptopscreen.com.  I watched a YouTube video on how to swap it out.  It came quickly and was easier to swap than I thought.  Now, for a fraction of the cost of new, we are up and running for school.
