I have my favorite laptop, toshiba satellite pro, displaying like a new one again.
The installation went well also...for a do it yourself person. Timely delivery and
well packaged...fedex dropped off at local canada post depot. I did't realize they had a partnership on parcel drop off. It was a good option for me.

I followed your video; of how to remove and check the screen product before ordering.  Item was received very promptly, and securedly wrapped!  Continue to follow the video to replace screen.  Was very anxious to complete the task, once it was done.   Turned the power on, the computer became a new system again!  I felt so good that I was able to accomplish it!  So anyone out there who's thinking about replacing there screen, you have nothing to lose!  Most people will say it's not worth fixing....use the money towards another computer!  I'm so glad that I took a chance. I'm a very satisfied customer!   My career has no computer tech skills!  I felt like computer geek....(but a very good feeling of accomplishment!)

I just wanted to add to the excellent feedback I have seen posted for your company.  I have a less than one year old laptop with a cracked screen and wasn't sure if the laptop was salvageable.  I found your site on the internet and decided to try to replace it myself.  Your video and the information you provided on your site made it easy to find the required information.  It took less than 30 minutes to remove and replace the screen.  I ordered the screen on August 30th and the new screen was sitting at my door on September 2 and I used standard shipping.  Less than $75 with the shipping, sure beat buying a new laptop.  Your customer service was excellent.  I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family.

Just wanted to let you know - I received my new screen today, and for a novice I installed it in about 20 minutes.  NICE!  Your online installation guide helped a ton!  It has better contrast and is clearer than the original ACER screen I removed.

My screen was damaged on my labtop and I searched your site for the replacement. You did not have the screen in stock so I signed up to receive notification when the screen was back in stock. In less than a week a received an email saying my screen was now available.

I purchase quite a bit from you, I actually run a small business based on your website. All I can say is great job, my only question or suggestion might be, do you carry or you should carry laptop screen hinges/brackets. Its my biggest dilemna right now, as most screens that are damaged are due to physical damage. And I can't find anyone reliable enough to supply me. Also you should look into carrying smartphone screens. Huge market. I know your laptop specific but it might be a good idea.

Hello! I just wanted to express how happy I am with my new laptop screen and the service that you have provided along with it. About a month ago, my Acer Aspire One D255-2256 laptop had been dropped on a hardwood surface. The new laptop screen came this morning and I just finished installing.  I had a minor issue making sure the video cable was attached correctly.  Luckily I rebooted prior to reinstalling the bezel just so I could check it.  Everything works great!  The website was easy to use to make sure that I was ordering the correct part, and the videos were great to show me how to take the screen out and reinstall.
Best of all, I saved the computer which was less than 1 year old and saved $450 by doing it myself versus the repair quote!  

Received my order #1*****6 this morning.  The new screen is installed, and it makes the laptop look brand new (the laptop is almost 3 years old).  The clarity of the screen is much better than the original screen was.

Just ordered a Samsung R780 17" screen.  Delivery was very quick, I actually didn't expect it till next week but received it within 2 days of ordering.  There wasn't a video tutorial for my laptop but the generic video they have gave you a good enough idea on how to replace the screen.  Will certainly do business again, hopefully not too soon though.
