Starting on January 1st, 2017 all of our LCDs are covered by a device's lifetime manufacturer's defects warranty. If our replacement LCD screen malfunctions at any time after purchase we will warranty the LCD screen. All potential manufacturer's defects such as dead pixels, lines, color or back-light fading are covered. Physical damage such as liquid spills, cracks, scratches, dents or impressions and other damage that occurred as a result of a physical blow or a drop is not covered by the warranty.

The defective item will be replaced free of charge. In case of stock unavailability or other circumstances, we reserve the right to refund the original or current item price at our discretion. Items bought before January 1st, 2017 are covered by the warranty terms according to the receipt.

Damaged during shipping or cracked items are not covered by our warranty, but every screen we send is covered by the shipping damage insurance. Shipping damage must be claimed within 10 days after receipt. Damage claims filed later than on the tenth day after the delivery date are not accepted. Initial shipping costs are not refundable in case of a return-for-refund.

Accidental Damage Protection

Additional accidental damage protection plan may be offered during the check-out on-top of the lifetime manufacturer's defects warranty, subject to item-specific availability. This optional plan provides customer with an on-demand single-time replacement free of charge during the plan's active period in-case of physical damage to the protected item, return of the original item is required. Damage protection plan is separate from the life-time warranty and will remain active for the duration of the initially agreed term in cases when the protected item has been exchanged under the lifetime warranty claim. We reserve the right to refund the plan's initial cost at our discretion in-connection with a claim under the plan in case a replacement screen is no longer available from our suppliers and we are unable to supply a replacement from the open market. All shipping costs in connection with accidental damage claims are included with-in continental USA & Canada.

Beyond the standard 45 days return policy all screens are accepted for return for store credit for up to 6 months from the date of sale. Such items will have a Return for Credit button next to the order in the "Orders" section. Store credit will be calculated as either then-current price with aplicable discount or the original purchase price of the item, whichever is less. Items purchased longer than 6 months ago and are not eligible for returns, no exceptions.

All returned screens must be in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to you. The screen must be returned to us within 5 business days after RMA # has been issued. All returned screens must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering, and dents.

Having or not having dead pixels is not an indicator of the quality of the LCD screen. The possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the technology of making LCD screens, and respective manufacturers do not treat 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is sufficient enough to scrap the display.

However, your satisfaction is our highest priority and if your new screen is not up to your expectations we will be happy to arrange an exchange of the screen.
