Starting on January 1st, 2017 all of our LCDs are covered by a device's lifetime manufacturer's defects warranty. If our replacement LCD screen malfunctions at any time after purchase we will warranty the LCD screen. All potential manufacturer's defects such as dead pixels, lines, color or back-light fading are covered. Physical damage such as liquid spills, cracks, scratches, dents or impressions and other damage that occurred as a result of a physical blow or a drop is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty
All LCD screens purchased after January 1st 2017 are covered by Life-Time Warranty. The defective item will be replaced free of charge. Items bought before January 1St, 2017 are covered by the warranty terms according to the receipt. In-case of stock unavailability or other circumstances we reserve the right to refund the original or current item price at our discretion, whichever is lower.

Important: Very often a loose video socket connection due to an improper installation looks like a malfunctioning screen (no image, blinking, etc). Please open the screen assembly and re-check all the connections BEFORE making a claim.

Damaged during shipping or cracked items are not covered by our warranty if claimed more than 5 days after receipt. Damage claims filed later than on the fifth day after the delivery date are not accepted. Initial shipping costs are not refundable in case of a return-for-refund.

Accidental Damage Protection

Additional accidental damage protection plan may be offered during the check-out on-top of the lifetime manufacturer's defects warranty, subject to item-specific availability. This optional plan provides customer with an on-demand single-time replacement free of charge during the plan's active period in-case of physical damage to the protected item, return of the original item is required. Damage protection plan is separate from the life-time warranty and will remain active for the duration of the initially agreed term in-cases when the protected item has been exchanged under the lifetime warranty claim. We reserve the right to refund the plan's initial cost at our discretion in-connection with a claim under the plan in-case a replacement screen is no longer available from our suppliers and we are unable to supply a replacement from the open market. All shipping costs in-connection with accidental damage claims are included with-in continental USA & Canada.

Returns, RMA, Exchange

Return shipping within continental USA and Canada is free.
Pre-paid return labels are provided on request for continental US and Canada. Customers outside of continental USA and Canada are responsible for all shipping, taxes and custom's duties costs.

Exchange and replacement:
In case you ordered a wrong item or need a replacement with-in 45 days we offer hassle free automated exchange via "Orders" page or via the following options:

Option 1:
- Buy the item you need from our web page.
- Contact our support team to get RMA number and shipping label to return the item.
- Once we receive the item from you we process the refund or offer a store credit at your discretion.

Option 2:
- Contact our support to get RMA number and leave a deposit by credit card or Paypal for the replacement screen.
- Once you receive the replacement item, swap it and ship the defective one to us and we’ll refund the deposit when we receive it.

Option 3:
- Contact our support team to get RMA number and shipping label to return the item.
- Let us know when the return has been shipped.
- We cross-ship a replacement once your return tracking is active.

Warranty Claims:

RMA number is required for all returns.

Please follow the steps below to submit a Warranty claim past 45 days:
1. Submit a support ticket by clicking on Support Tickets. Pictures regarding the issue can be uploaded into the ticket as well.
2. We approve the return, issue RMA number and post return instructions in the ticket (you will receive an automatic email notification). We reply promptly.
3. The screen is shipped to us.
4. We receive the screen from you and extensively test it if needed.
5. We inform you of our findings and ship you the replacement or issue a refund.

Initial shipping charges (paid at the check-out) are not refundable in case of return-for-refund.

All returned screens must be in exactly the condition as when they were originally shipped to you. The screen must be returned to us within 5 business days after RMA # has been issued. All returned screens must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering and dents.

Having or not having dead pixels is not an indicator of the quality of the LCD screen. Possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the technology of making LCD screens, and respective manufacturers do not treat 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is sufficient enough to scrap the display.

However, your satisfaction is our highest priority and we can arrange an exchange of the screen.

How to request a replacement screen:

Log in to your account at our website and submit an RMA request . We will issue an RMA number and provide shipping instructions. Then you can ship the received screen back to us for exchange.
