No brand laptop. Called customer service. Told me  where to find part#. Odd screen, said it would work. It did fit fine and I replaced my wife's laptop screen in about 8 minutes. Works great

Arrived in safety package. Very nice quality of the screen. Changed my broken matte screen by glossy. Performed changing of screen at first time. It is necessary to change very accurate and slowly. Especially problematic to extract old screen from metal frame, which is fixed by sealing glue. But everything is working and no clamps were broken :)

I had never replaced a laptop screen in my life but have been repairing student computers with my district for a bit so when my son accidentally broke his HP gaming screen I thought it was worth trying. Using the about information in his laptop, I was able to order the right size and thickness but did not get the right number of pins. Take the old/ broken one out and replace. Took me 30 minutes and it was my first time doing it.

It had a bracket bent backwards, but I unbent easily it with some long nose pliers, so no big issue. I installed it and after rebooting twice because it's a resolution upgrade (keep this in mind before panicking for a black screen if you're upgrading resolution) it's working beautifully! Great quality to begin with, let's hope it stays this way for the now new life of my 2014 HP Zbook 14 portable workstation.

Received and installed screen.  It worked beautifully.  Shipping USPS is always dicey but it got here in good shape.

Recently, my laptop screen had been suddenly starting to fail, at a time when I really needed its services. After confirming that it was a hardware issue, I started researching replacements. After looking at Amazon a bit, I saw a recommendation for your site on reddit. From then on, the experience was completely painless.

The delivery showed up 2 days early?!?!, the panel was flawless. Installation was a breeze (although it would be nice if the video on the product page was for this specific model not a generic one, but I was able to find a youtube video easily enough).

The pricing on the panel itself was also quite reasonable, although at least to me, I feel that a pair of the adhesive strips should be included with every order, or maybe as an add-on for a few $. 4 strips for $10 seems a bit steep.

Oh, and my laptop screen no longer has a huge black bar across the bottom of it!

Overall, a really positive experience. I will certainly be recommending your site in the future, although as an individual, forgive me if I say that I hope to not need your services in the near future.
