Remove four srews

Using a Phillips screwdriver remove four screws holding the LCD panel. Two screws
at the top and two more screws at the bottom

Disconnect the screen

Place the LCD on the keyboard. Gently peel off the clear tape securing the video
connector. Remove the blue foamy. Open the connector’s bracket. Disconnect the
video cable. Discard the old panel

Connect the new screen

At this point the new LCD can be installed. Take the new LCD screen and place it on
the keyboard. Using both hands reconnect the video cable. Close the connector’s
bracket. Secure it with the blue foamy, and then with the clear tape. CAUTION! It is
very important not to force any of the connectors. You must not twist or slant the
connector when plugging it in

Test the new screen

Lift the screen up aligning it with its mounting holes. Now we can test the screen.
Turn the laptop on and if the start up graphics appears the screen is working and
we can continue installation process. Turn the laptop off

Replace four screws

Replace the four Phillips screws. One in each corner

Replace the bezel

Start from the bottom. Press firmly snapping the tabs back in place, then move
along the perimeter. Use one hand to support the back cover and press firmlly
along the bottom of the bezel. Turn the laptop over and make sure that the bezel
is snapped in near the hinge cover. Press the power button and if the start up
