Order may have been submitted twice by mistake. Only one screen is needed

PayPal customers can simply ignore all unpaid orders. All the orders that have not been paid for will be automatically canceled in 5 business days from the day of the purchase. Customer just needs to ensure to pay for the order he or she wants to get shipped, as it will not be processed until the payment is received. You can check order status in Orders page

Customers who paid with a credit card directly at our site need to submit new support ticket. Please have your order number ready. Your order will be canceled and refund issued within one business day. Please note that a debit transaction will definitely appear on your credit card statement as it occurs instantly when placing the order. A credit transaction will follow in a few days.
