Shipping delay

LaptopScreen.com is not a courier. We ship your parcel based on your order via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post or Royal Mail. Delivery times are commitments made by the couriers not by LaptopScreen.com. Delays can be a result of various factors, like weather, holidays, Customs, wrong address or phone number in your account, etc. These variables are beyond our control. As a result, Laptop Screen is not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier. However, we do commit to ship out your order the same business day if order is placed by 4:30 PM EST or next business day if order is placed after 4:30 PM EST, as outlined in our policies. Please note that we do not issue any refunds for shipping delays caused by the courier or a third party.

In case of abnormal delay please Log in to your account and submit new support ticket, we will review the issue and send an inquiry to a courier and if they refund the shipping cost to our company, we will gladly redirect it to your account.

However, be realistic and consider the human factor of the courier and risk of a shipping delay as part of online shopping experience.
