You guys ROCK!  I watched the video and had my screen replaced within 15 minutes.  Not bad for someone who's computer knowledge is limited to turning it on.  I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know who needs a screen.  Can't say enough about how easy you made it-and saved me about $300 over what the Geek from the Squad wanted to charge me.  AWSOME!
