I do not e-mail companies when it comes to their products, but this time I felt the urge to let you know that I am very pleased with your service. I know it's only a screen that I bought from you, but that screen brought a wide smile on my daughters face when I was able to replace it and boot it up for her. She is a special person and has few things she really looks forward to. On another note, I think I wouldn't of bought the screen from your company if it wasnt for the fact that you had a video on your website on how to do it. I was skeptical and did not think I was going able to do it without breaking the laptop. Another thing I noticed is that i received it earlier that expected, not sure if I was Lucky or your service had anything to do it it. Good Job! thanks again!
