Couldn't have been any easier.  The LCD was an exact replacement panel from LG, down to the model number.  The instructional video was simple and easy to follow.  If you are careful and follow the instructions you will have no problems.  

Overall a great experience, would recommend and buy from again.  Save yourself some serious $$ and replace the LCD not the PC.
