This was a simple process, although it appeared as though we needed a new laptop when the screen accidentally broke. This was especially true when checking the price of sending the whole computer for repair. I did a quick search on our options, and discovered that not only could I order a replacement screen, I already knew how to replace it by watching some of the videos.  I was not experienced in any way, not even the ordering process , but found the almost instant help made it easy.
