Thank you for the excellent service!  The screen that I ordered for my wife's laptop arrived, is installed and works perfectly.

When ordering the screen via your website I was concerned about getting the wrong screen due to my error more than yours.  However, your search and order process worked smoothly.  I thought that I had found the right screen by referencing the laptop model number.  To be certain, though, I removed the broken screen so that I also had the information on the back of the screen for reference.  

When the new screen arrived my apprehension returned.  I could not find a single number on the new screen, with the exception of WXGA, that matched any numbers on the old screen.  Leaving the new screen in the protective wrapping I, first, carefully matched up all of the mounting holes and wiring connections.  Second, recalling your claim to a shipping error rate of less than .02% I set aside my apprehension and installed the new screen.  Before replacing the bezel I powered the laptop up.  First the screen and then I lit up brightly.  My wife was even more excited to have her laptop back in working order.

I'm not a computer expert my any means but I have a strong technical aptitude and plenty of plain common sense.  That was all that I needed to peruse your very user-friendly website, order and install the new screen.  The order was shipped promptly in excellent packaging and I received accurate communication throughout the process.  I couldn't be happier with your service.  Thank you very much!
