First,

I wanted to comment on the speed of the delivery.  Remarkable and a lot faster than I had expected.  Next, the screen was as if it came directly from Sony the day they made the Vaio Laptop.  A perfect fit, easy installing guides, and the result was me being a satisfied cuctomer and one that would highly recommend your service to my friends and peers.  

Great Job to all your employees for making this purchase and installation something that was not frustration.
