My son had broken the screen on his laptop and the computer repair shop recommended that I order a replacement screen from you.  They would install it.  This process saved me a few $'s.  

I received my order from you quite quickly (3 days, not counting a weekend).  The shop installed the first screen and found a flaw in the screen (black 2.5 inch vertical line).  After contacting you,per your website for "My Support Tickets", I submitted pictures of the defect and, within minutes, received a response that a replacement screen was being shipped.  The replacement, replacement screen was installed and everything is working nominally.
