I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.  Over a month ago our new laptop screen broke.  I had no idea what to do, I spoke with someone who may be able to fix it but he wanted me to research what screen was needed (pluss it was going to cost me his time).  I put it off several more weeks.  I was stressed thinking it would be a major undertaking.  When I finally started looking I quickly came across your website and easily found what I needed.  Unexpectedly I also found the video showing me I could do it myself.  I am not a mechanical person but I ordered the screen (it got here very quickly) and with the help of the video I installed it the same day.  The installation was fast, I didn't have any problems.  It was empowering to be honest.  To make a long story short, Thank you.  Your business is very much appreciated.  -Jared
