I wanted to write to you folks and let you know how happy I am with your product and videos.  I m not a handy guy so for me to tackle replacing my laptop screen was quite a challenge.  Your video was perfect and I got through the whole thing in about an hour.  Thank you so much for producing such a great product and video.
