I am so darn happy about the whole experience.  I just can't believe I'm writing this comment on my brand new screen.  Last Friday, my screen was half unreadable because of an inside crack.  I was ready to buy another laptop quickly so important it is for us.  My daughter informed me that I could service it somewhere just to replace the screen.  I started searching on the net, to find out that servicing at a specialised place (like say Best Buy) could cost a lot (hundreds of dollars).  Well, reading more I found out I could order a brand new and through your site I could also have a tutorial as to how to install it.  Let me tell you, everything technical to me is always a BIG failure, guaranteed! Well, I placed my order Monday night, it was shipped Tuesday,receivec Thursday, installed in 10 min. at the first trial.  Your tutorial is awesome. The one specifically for my model was not available so I watched one very similar and it worked, 71.27$ later.  It was worth it.  THANKS a lot
