Thank god for  Laptopscreen.com i would have 2 5 hundred dollar laptops sitting in the corner with dust on it if it wasnt for this website. I even go price quotes to fix my computer and they were going to charge me 500 just for the screen. I also asked how much it was to get all mypictures and documents from my broken computer to a disk and it was going to cost me 200. i went to this website and saw the youtube video and i purchased two screens for 120 and i fixed them myself. After dropping my computer and cracking my screen, i called around to several locations...most of them wanted $250 or more to replace my screen, for a little more than that i could have a new one.  My computer is just over a year old.  I found your site on a bing search, looked at some reviews and called customer service.  I spoke with a gentleman two times that night, he helped me locate the correct model number and helped with my ordering process.  I watched the videos on how to remove, then how to replace the screen and it was EASY!!! I received my screen in 3 days by UPS.  I was nervous replacing my screen thinking I would surely mess something up! I found this site and was incredibly pleased by the low screen prices as I had been using a Toshiba Satellite with a huge crack across the screen for about two months! The one thing I was skeptical about was the difficulty in changing the screen, of course people on YouTube make it look easy, but is it? I asked the Geek Squad section at Best Buy how much it would cost for them to do it, and they said they couldn't even do it there and would have to ship it off for $250 minimum! So I decided to wing it and buy a screen to try to replace myself. It arrived very quickly and after about 20 minutes of fidgeting around with things I managed to replace my screen. In conclusion, changing the screen is a little tricky, but you can do it! I'm extremely satisfied with this website and would recommend it to all who are still unsure.

Since I never had to purchased a computer screen before, I was really nervous about buying one and from who to but one from.When I found this company and seen how easy it was to find my correct screen,I was really at ease. When ordering the screen via your website I was concerned about getting the wrong screen due to my error more than yours.  However, your search and order process worked smoothly.  I thought that I had found the right screen by referencing the laptop model number.  To be certain, though, I removed the broken screen so that I also had the information on the back of the screen for reference.  

When the new screen arrived my apprehension returned.  I could not find a single number on the new screen, with the exception of WXGA, that matched any numbers on the old screen.  Leaving the new screen in the protective wrapping I, first, carefully matched up all of the mounting holes and wiring connections.  Second, recalling your claim to a shipping error rate of less than .02% I set aside my apprehension and installed the new screen.  Before replacing the bezel I powered the laptop up.  First the screen and then I lit up brightly.  My wife was even more excited to have her laptop back in working order.

Broke screen on Saturday.  Ordered new on on Monday, received email confirmation of shipping with delivery on Wednesday... arrived on Thursday... took less than 20 minutes to remove the old screen and replace it with the new one.  Works perfectly!  New laptop over $1,000 or a new screen for $82 delivered, it's a no-brainer $82 and my lappy is saved.  Another company wanted over $100 and said I needed a cable to change a left hand connection into a right hand connection (mine has a right hand).
