Please note, laptop, tablet and phone manufacturers use many different brands of screens, we try to stock and sell only the best models.

We always try to offer as many options to our customers as possible.
For most destinations in North America our shipping options range from 6 business days to Overnight.
For International destinations our Express options have been reported to have been received with-in 2-3 business days as far as Australia.

What if the screen I receive does not fit or work or has defects?

Our commitment to you is to provide you with a working replacement or your money back guaranteed!
Cases of mix ups on our end are few and far apart, in most RMA requests the customer did not make a correct selection for their computer, so please pay attention.
Our lifetime warranty is included with the purchase and will cover most everything except for physical damage caused by customer.

Are there any shipping costs for RMA?

We understand your need to get a working replacement as soon as possible.
We will cover the shipping for exchanges, warranty claims and returns with-in continental USA and Canada.
We will not cover international shipping charges, customs fees and duties.

Are there any discounts or coupons?

For screens marked with the Green "Quantity price" discount will be applied automatically as long as there is at least one previous purchase on the account; or if buying more than one screen, the discount will be applied to the very first purchase.
Screens marked "CLEARANCE" are not discountable.
