In early November, I ordered a replacement screen for my computer, after I came across their website while searching on Google. The order was shipped very quickly, but, unfortunately, the shipping company, FEDEX, apparently lost it on the way. I contacted laptopscreen's customer service, and was answered quickly and professionally. They tried to help me with FEDEX, which to this day, despite repeated requests, I have not received the shipment. Finally, after FEDEX continued to ignore me, laptopscreen sent me another screen, which I received quickly. The screen was well packaged, and original!
Service is more important, sometimes, even than the product itself. And it's nice to know that behind the purchase there is a quality support, which can help in case of a problem.

Ordered 07.12.2025, arrived 10.12.2025 per UPS Express to Germany, very fast I think!
The replacement part fit perfectly and was easy to replace.
The promised maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 was not met; the display has an actual maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160, very nice.

Ordered replacement screen for my OMEN 15-EK0013D. Shipping was relatively quick. Only gripe is the packing could be a little stiffer rather than just 3 layers of bubble insulated envelopes, but it arrived undamaged. Greatly appreciate the double sided tape being automatically included as it was needed. Screen replacement was perfect and installed with zero issues. Also appreciate no bs flyers and nonsense in the packing. Would use this site again in the future.

I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop and I just want to say that it arrived on time and I was surprised of the quality, way better than the original screen, seems to build better, not as fragile

No brand laptop. Called customer service. Told me  where to find part#. Odd screen, said it would work. It did fit fine and I replaced my wife's laptop screen in about 8 minutes. Works great

Arrived in safety package. Very nice quality of the screen. Changed my broken matte screen by glossy. Performed changing of screen at first time. It is necessary to change very accurate and slowly. Especially problematic to extract old screen from metal frame, which is fixed by sealing glue. But everything is working and no clamps were broken :)

I had never replaced a laptop screen in my life but have been repairing student computers with my district for a bit so when my son accidentally broke his HP gaming screen I thought it was worth trying. Using the about information in his laptop, I was able to order the right size and thickness but did not get the right number of pins. When I called, customer service was very helpful in my reorder and return. Very happy to have used this service to fix my computer screen myself.

Take the old/ broken one out and replace. Took me 30 minutes and it was my first time doing it.

Screen arrived before Expected. Great teamwork LS and FedEx!
It had a bracket bent backwards, but I unbent easily it with some long nose pliers, so no big issue. I installed it and after rebooting twice because it's a resolution upgrade (keep this in mind before panicking for a black screen if you're upgrading resolution) it's working beautifully! Great quality to begin with, let's hope it stays this way for the now new life of my 2014 HP Zbook 14 portable workstation.
