5 Now you can remove the bezel. Start on one side and move along the perimeter prying the plastic away from the screen. The bezel has hinge covers attached to it. To release them pull to the outer edge of the laptop and lift the bezel.

10 Place a cloth or a paper towel on the keyboard to protect the screen from scratching. Put the new LCD on the keyboard.

Attention: This is an LED backlit screen it does not use an inverter. Your screen might have an extra connector which has to be plugged in. LED and CCFL screen are not interchangeable.

11 Carefully reconnect the video cable and remember it's very fragile, so don't apply too much force.

18 Put the bezel back. Snap in the hinge covers and secure the top edge first, then move down along the perimeter.
