Payment for my order was not sent. Should a new order be submitted?

Our system automatically cancels all unpaid orders within 5 days. If more than 5 days past, customer needs to submit a new order. You can cancel unpaid order in Orders page
This applies to Interac, Wire Transfer and PayPal payment options.
