the bezel from the display assembly by continually applying outwards pressure all around the

around the hinge area when removing the bezel

the video connector. The video cable is also glued onto the LCD. Lift it up from behind just enough
enough to disconnect the video plug. Discard the old panel

Connect the new screen

The new panel can now be installed. Place the new part on the keyboard and align it with a
video cable. Gently plug in the video connector. Please be careful both the connector and the
socket are extremely fragile

Install the screen

Please ensure proper alignment of the connector lift the new panel in place remove the protective
film. Secure the two left side screws. You may need to hold up the display to align the mounting
holes properly. Replace the two right side screws

Test the screen

At this point the display can be tested. Reconnect the AC adapter only then press the power
button if the startup image appears the screen is properly installed. Press and hold the power
button to cancel the boot up. Disconnect the AC adapter. Replace the bezel and snap it and
place around the edges. Stand the computer on its side to snap in the bottom edge
