  1. Are your screens same quality, specification and type as the one I have?
  1. We supply only high quality LCD screens from brand name manufacturers, leaders in the screen manufacturing like Samsung, AUO, LG, Chi-Mei, IVO etc and according to many reviews, customers report to have received a better quality screen that what was originally installed. Please note, laptop, tablet and phone manufacturers use many different brands of screens, we try to stock and sell only the best models.
  1. How long will my new screen take to get here?
  1. We always try to offer as many options to our customers as possible. For most destinations in North America our shipping options range from 6 business days to Overnight. For International destinations our Express options have been reported to have been received with-in 2-3 business days as far as Australia.
  1. What if the screen I receive does not fit or work or has defects?
  1. Our commitment to you is to provide you with a working replacement. Cases of mix ups on our end are few and far apart, in most RMA requests the customer did not make a correct selection for their computer, so please pay attention. Our 3 year warranty, which can be upgraded to 5 years, will cover most everything except for physical damage caused by customer.
  1. Are there any shipping costs for RMA?
  1. We understand your need to get a working replacement as soon as possible. We will cover the shipping for exchanges, upgrades or corrections. We will not cover shipping for screens sent for refund, incorrectly ordered or cases when the screen would not have solved the problem. If you are unsure if the replacement screen will solve the issue, please opt-in for Return Shipping Insurance during check-out.
  1. Are there any discounts or coupons?
  1. For screens marked with the Green "Quantity price" discount will be applied automatically as long as there is at least one previous purchase on the account; or if buying more than one screen, the discount will be applied to the very first purchase. Screens marked "CLEARANCE" are not discountable.
