Every single screen we sell is covered by standard 12 months warranty, with option of paying extra $17 to extend it for up to 2 years! Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) or any manufacturing defects are detected by this warranty.
In case of a waranty issue please log into your account and submit a log-in into their account and create an support-RMA ticket. We will issue an RMA number and provide you with necesary instructions. Should we find the screen deffective we will gladly replace it.
Note: damaged during shipping or cracked screens are not covered by our warranty if claimed more than 5 days after receipt. Damage claims filed later than on the fifth day after the delivery date are not accepted.
Shipping costs are always to be covered by the customer.

Returns, RMA, Exchange
Here are the steps for a return:
1. LOG IN to your account.
2. Submit a support ticket by clicking on SUPPORT TICKETS. Pictures regarding the issue can be uploaded into the ticket as well.
3. We approve the return, issue RMA number and post return instructions in the ticket (you will receive an automatic email notification). We reply promptly.
4. The screen is shipped to us.
5. We receive the screen from you and extensively test it in our state-of-the-art-lab.
6. We inform you of our findings and ship you the replacement or issue a refund.

If the screen received is not working properly, customer needs to LOG IN to his or her account and create a new support ticket by clicking on SUPPORT TICKETS. Our technical support staff will then work with the customer to try to figure out what the problem is, issue an RMA number if needed and arrange the exchange.
However, be aware, if you return the screen for any reason other than the warranty issue, a 20% restocking fee will apply (i.e. you selected a wrong model, you later found out that your original screen was OK, or your customer did not want to replace the screen, etc.)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances. Kindly keep in mind that the customer is always responsible for all shipping costs.
All returned screens must be in exactly the condition as when they were originally shipped to you. The screen must be returned to us within 20 business days after RMA # has been issued. All returned screens must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering and dents. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

Having or not having dead pixels is not an indicator of the quality of the LCD screen. Possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the technology of making LCD screens, and respective manufacturers do not treat 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is sufficient enough to scrap the display.
However, your satisfaction is our highest priority and we can arrange an exchange of the screen. We will carefully test the replacement screen to ensure it has no bad pixels.
