Returns, RMA, Exchange

Return shipping within continental USA and Canada is free.
Pre-paid return labels are provided on request for continental US and Canada. Customers outside of continental USA and Canada are responsible for all shipping, taxes and custom's duties costs.

Exchange and replacement:
In case you ordered a wrong item or need a replacement with-in 45 days we offer hassle free automated exchange via "Orders" page or via the following options:

Option 1:
- Buy the item you need from our web page.
- Contact our support team to get RMA number and shipping label to return the item.
- Once we receive the item from you we process the refund or offer a store credit at your discretion.

Option 2:
- Contact our support to get RMA number and leave a deposit by credit card or Paypal for the replacement screen.
- Once you receive the replacement item, swap it and ship the defective one to us and we’ll refund the deposit when we receive it.

Option 3:
- Contact our support team to get RMA number and shipping label to return the item.
- Let us know when the return has been shipped.
- We cross-ship a replacement once your return tracking is active.

Warranty Claims:

RMA number is required for all returns.

Please follow the steps below to submit a Warranty claim past 45 days:
1. Submit a support ticket by clicking on Support Tickets. Pictures regarding the issue can be uploaded into the ticket as well.
2. We approve the return, issue RMA number and post return instructions in the ticket (you will receive an automatic email notification). We reply promptly.
3. The screen is shipped to us.
4. We receive the screen from you and extensively test it if needed.
5. We inform you of our findings and ship you the replacement or issue a refund.

Initial shipping charges (paid at the check-out) are not refundable in case of return-for-refund.

All returned screens must be in exactly the condition as when they were originally shipped to you. The screen must be returned to us within 5 business days after RMA # has been issued. All returned screens must have all original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage, tampering and dents.
