First, the screen I ordered was received in literally "picture perfect" condition -- just as shown on the instructional video on the site.  Installing the new screen looked easy on the video, and it WAS.  It took a bit longer than the 12 minutes shown in the video, but not much more.  If you've got any computer technical experience at all, this is an easy chore.  (If you're afraid of computers, it's probably a different story.)  Overall, excellent product, great instructions, and one HECK of a great deal.  Thank you!
