Very happy. Received the screen on time and watched one of your video's and installed it myself! I'm far from a computer repair person and was so excited when I turned on the computer and the screen lit up! I stepped on my laptop and cracked the screen. That's how this whole thing came about. Got a quote to have it fixed "professionally" and decided to just go for it and purchase a screen myself and attempt to install it. It's so great being able to see EVERYTHING I am doing now. I was still using the broken screen in the meantime and I was always just guessing where to click on the screen. lol. Anyway, I'm very happy with the price, the shipping, and the tutorials.
