Just wanted to comment on the Great service I obtained from this company.
Purchased a new screen from you and it arrived in 3 days, unfortunately it wound up being the wrong screen. It fit and worked fine on battery power, but lost resolution when plugged into 120v power. After a few questions and emailing back a picture of the back of the old screen, it was determined I received the wrong screen. As soon as UPS received the package to send back the wrong screen, laptopscreen.com had a new one in the mail! 3 days later, the correct screen came and all is well and works perfectly! I am very happy with the support I received in this matter and can envision how this would not be so with other vendors. Worst part was my HP required total disassembly to get to the 2 screws holding on the plastic frame on top of the screen! Thanks much!
