I had recently purchased a new laptop. While traveling, I had closed the lid on my laptop not realizing my ear buds were on the keyboard resulting in half the screen broke. I ordered from this website and at first couldn't find the screen I needed. I used the online chat and they were very quick providing me the link to the exact screen I need for my model. I received it the very next day and installed it. It had a few glitches at first when I had first powered it on. I exercised the screen by adjusting all the colors and brightness levels. Once I did that, the screen had calmed down and now works like a charm! I do highly recommend to get the tools to go with the screen if you don't have them already as it is very handy to do everything you need with them.
