Shipping was super fast within 18 hours my screen was delivered AND installed in my laptop. New screen is even better than the oem.

Went without my laptop for 3 weeks because I could not afford a new one.  Found your web site and decided to give a chance - worse case was I would be out the cost of the new screen.  Got the screen in a few days and looked over several installation videos as my model was not listed.  Used a general HP Pavillion video and it was very easy and clear.  Took me about 45 minutes to replace only because I had a bit of difficulty removing the bezel and was afraid of breaking it when I couldn't get it off as easy as the demo.  After it was off, the rest was easy and quick.  Was very excited when the screen lit up after testing.  Thanks for saving me money.  Had great feeling of accomplishment, especially after my I.T. guy at work said it couldn't be done by an novice!

I have bought 3 screens 2 for laptop 1 for ipod so easy to put on with instructions only thing I wish you guys would do is offer discounts if you buy more than one.

I cracked my laptop screen, took it to a repair shop they were going to charge me $200 to replace.  I decided to get on you tube to see if I can replace it myself.  I came the person on the youtube video said they purchased their screen from your company I got on your website, not only did you have the screen but you also had a video and showed step by step as well on how to replace it.  I only paid about $55 in all with shipping and handling and I replaced the screen myself.
