When you place an order, selecting wire transfer as a method of payment, you will receive an email with the payment information. We encourage you to print the email out and present it to the bank clerk with at the time of the transfer.
Due to the processing times imposed by financial institutions, most wire transfers take from 1 to 5 business days, unless you have chosen to pay an extra fee for an expedited transfer.
If possible, after you make a wire transfer payment, please create a support ticket, and attach a copy of the SWIFT transfer information sheet you receive as a confirmation.
The status of your order will change to “Payment Received” within one business day after the receipt of your payment. The order will be shipped to the address on your profile on our website. Sign in to your account to check the status at this page.
