aftermarket

As you may or may not know, some touchscreen digitizers (top glass covers) sold by us for cell phones and tablets (but never LCD’s) are available from non-OEM producers, and are marked as “New Aftermarket Replacement”.

Aftermarket [noun]: Products produced by a non-manufacturer, who develops accurate/relevant specifications to fit a certain product.

The aftermarket items that we sell are individually selected by us to ensure the highest quality and industry compliance to meet the reference specifications, and to be fully compatible with the said devices. They work as plug’n’play direct replacements. Our high-quality aftermarket replacements are covered by the 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and failure under normal use.

Note, that since these parts were not manufactured by the OEM brands, the brand names and trademarks logos are not going to be present on the merchandise. Otherwise, they feel and act just as the original parts. Exception: Apple digitizers for iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad Mini 3 – the home button does not have a Touch ID function, which is copyrighted by Apple.
